1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Booker, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Booker is a management system for entertainment professionals, covering scheduling, financial management, digital contracts, team management, and logistics.
3. User Account
You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential. All activity carried out under your account is your responsibility. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Plans and Payments
We offer free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly and may be canceled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. There are no prorated refunds.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Booker for illegal activities, not to share your account with unauthorized third parties, and not to attempt to access restricted areas of the system.
6. Intellectual Property
All Booker content (code, design, text, logos) is the property of Booker. Data entered by the user remains the property of the user.
7. Digital Contracts
Contracts generated by Booker carry legal validity under Brazilian law. Booker acts as a technological intermediary and is not responsible for the content of contracts between users.
8. Limitation of Liability
Booker is not liable for losses arising from use of the system, including loss of data, lost profits, or indirect damages. Our commitment is to keep the system available and functional.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel your account at any time. After cancellation, your data remains accessible for 30 days. After that period, it is permanently deleted. Booker may also terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the system after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the judicial district of São Paulo/SP are designated to resolve any disputes.
